As a telecommunications executive, Democrat Mica Cardozo learned that leadership begins by listening - and that’s exactly what he has done as Deputy First Selectman and in his other Town roles. From the Board of Selectmen to the Police and Fire Commissions, to the Agriculture and Recreation Commissions, Mica has listened and turned residents’ concerns into action.

Mica and his wife Pat have decades of trusted service to Woodbridge, and their two daughters, Rachel and Micaela, attended Beecher Road School, Amity Middle, and graduated from Amity High.
